ASO Toolkit is built and maintained by an indie developer, for indie developers. That means you are not talking to a support queue — you are reaching the person who writes the code. Whether it is a bug report, a feature idea, or a question about how keyword scoring works, every message gets read and answered personally.

What to expect

For general support, reach out about anything related to your account, keyword tracking, scoring methodology, or the AI metadata generator. If you are hitting an issue with the dashboard or need help interpreting your ASO health score, include your app name and the specific page where you noticed the problem — it helps us diagnose faster. Feature requests are always welcome: the roadmap is heavily shaped by user feedback, and many features (like the checklist view and review templates) started as user suggestions.

For privacy and data inquiries, we handle all GDPR-related requests including data export, deletion, and processing questions. ASO Toolkit stores only the data necessary to provide the service: your email, tracked apps, keywords, and generated metadata. We do not sell data or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers listed in our privacy policy.

Response time

We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent account issues, please include your account email in your message.
