By accessing or using ASO Toolkit (“the Service”), operated at asotool.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ASO Toolkit is a web-based App Store Optimization platform that allows users to track iOS keyword rankings, receive AI-powered keyword suggestions, generate optimized App Store metadata, and monitor ASO health scores. The Service relies on publicly available data from the iTunes Search API and AI processing via Anthropic's Claude API.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

ASO Toolkit offers Free, Basic, and Pro plans. Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (app information, keywords, metadata). We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to operate the Service.
Keyword scores, AI-generated suggestions, and metadata outputs are provided as recommendations. You are solely responsible for the content you publish to the App Store.
The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate keyword suggestions and metadata. AI outputs are provided “as is” and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve your App Store rankings or comply with Apple's guidelines. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before submission.
Keyword popularity scores, difficulty scores, and ranking data are estimates based on publicly available iTunes Search API data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Actual App Store search volumes and rankings may differ from our estimates.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (including Apple API changes). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASO Toolkit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, App Store rankings, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
